Apply for a trip and let the Journey Begin!
Now that you’ve found a trip that will take you into some of the country’s most beautiful terrain, it’s time to apply for it.
Before you fill out your application form, we’d love to chat with you to answer any questions you have and to make sure that you are perfectly paired with one of our trips.
Applications for 2025 trips will be open December 5th – 8th, 2024. For those trips that have more applications than number of spaces, we will do a lottery. Applications are not first come, first serve during that time frame, so you may submit an application anytime during that date range to be eligible for the lottery. Any trip not filled after the 8th will remain open until booked. Read this BLOG for more information on applying.
Booking is not complete until you receive a confirmation email and invoice from us.
We accept checks, cash, on-line Quickbooks payments and credit cards. Please note, credit cards can be taken over the phone and will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee.
